Moreover, the Firm also offers consultancy and assistance in the field of condominium law both to individual condominiums and to the condominium in the person of its administrator.
More specifically, the Firm deals with issues relating to the management of the common parts, the appeal of shareholders’ resolutions, the collection of debts arising from outstanding condominium expenses, the allocation of common expenses, violations of condominium regulations, etc.
