Member and secretary for a long time of the Milan Bar Council, he served as its president from 2015 to 2019.
Since 1989, for about twenty years, Remo Danovi has been Professor of Forensic system and professional ethics at the University of Milan and, because of his acknowledged expertise in such fields, he led the drafting of the Code of Conduct for Italian Lawyers, adopted in 1997.
He published several monographs on the matter, which have been also translated into various languages, together with articles and papers on banking and bankruptcy law.
