Graduated at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan in 1984.

Admitted to the Bar (Milan, Italy) since 1988.

Admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2021.

After gaining extensive experience, including as a partner at leading Italian and international law firms, he joined the Firm as Of Counsel in 2024.

Practice areas: Employment and Labor Law, Commercial Law and Contractual Relations, Insurance Law, Real Estate and Leasing Law, providing assistance and support to both Italian and international clients in managing and organizing their activities.

Since 2021, he has been a member of the Milan Bar Association Council and serves as the Chair of its Human Rights Commission.

From 2003 to 2013, he served as the President of the International Relations Commission of the Milan Bar Association.

From 2015 to 2024, he was part of the Italian delegation to the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE).

From 2021 to 2024, he served as a member of the Council of the OIAD (Observatoire International des Avocats en Danger) and participated in drafting the Convention on the Profession of Lawyer at the Council of Europe.

He is a partner of AGI (Italian Employment Lawyers Association).

He is an arbitrator and mediator.

He is a speaker at numerous national and international conferences.
