Full Professor of Civil Procedure Law at the University of Milan.
Previously, Full Professor of Civil Procedure Law and of Domestic and International Arbitration Law at the University of Milan-Bicocca, where he taught starting in 2001.
From March 9, 2021, to October 26, 2022, he served as Deputy Head of the Legislative Office at the Ministry of Justice.
Son of attorneys Remo and Anna Danovi, he represents the third generation of his family.
He has been collaborating with the firm since 1991 and became a partner in 1998.
He specializes in Arbitration Law, Family and Personal Law, Inheritance Law, Civil Procedure and Enforcement Law, Contract Law, Real Estate and Leasing Law, Civil and Professional Liability Law.
