Graduated magna cum laude at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan in 2003; received a PhD in Ecclesiastical Law from the same University in 2008
Admitted to the Bar (Milan, Italy) since 2006.
Admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2018.
Daniele Persano has been collaborating with the Firm since 2009, becoming a partner in 2015.
Practice areas: Banking Law, Bankruptcy Law, Civil Process and Enforcement Law, Debt Collection, Corporate Law, Arbitration Law, with a special attention to their international aspects.
Since 2019, he is an accredited Judicial Director at the Ministry of Justice and a member of the Milan Board of Financial Banking Arbitrators.
He published several articles on banking law, bankruptcy law and cultural heritage law.
