The Firm provides assistance and consultancy on all matters relating to insurance law with specific attention to the credit and surety branches in which the Firm has a continuous experience of over forty years, as well as life and damages branches (with specific regard to civil and professional liability).
In particular, the Firm provides support to insurance companies, both Italian and foreign, in the drafting of insurance contracts and in the revision of the policy texts, it provides out-of-court consultancy and draws up opinions with regard to a wide range of issues concerning the operation and validity of policies issued by insurance companies and, finally, it assists the client in the handling, also in court, of insurance claims.
